Shipping Whenever possible, orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). All others will ship via Priority Mail. UPS will not delivery to P.O. Boxes. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Returns Ladies House of Golf has a no return policy (please see Demo Program)on golf equipment. Should you need to return golf shoes(only) due to wrong size, you must pay the shipping costs. Claims for package damage or shortages should be made within 72 hours of receipt of shipment and should be made with the carrier. We assume no responsibility for shortages in shipment that are not reported within 72 hours.
